70 Repetitions Challenge

 

The Club is turning 70 this month, and we are jumping on the bandwagon to celebrate this remarkable milestone! Take part in our 70 Repetitions Challenge to test your muscle endurance by completing 70 repetitions for each exercise in the shortest time possible. Resting time between each exercise cannot exceed 3 minutes.

Males: 16- to 35-year-olds

Males: 36- to 50-year-olds

Males: 51-year-olds and above

 

Females: 16- to 30-year-olds

Females: 31- to 50-year-olds

Females: 51-year-olds and above

 

Terms & Conditions

• Register your participation at the Sports Counter. Registration is free!

• Slots available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment only

• Challenges must be assessed by our personal trainer/s

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
