Redevelopment Updates: 


The Fitness Studio will close on the night of Sunday, Mrach 11. Beginning on Monday, March 12, we have created a temporary fitness class schedule, which you can view by clicking here. Classes during this interim period will be held in the existing Youth Studios in the B1 carpark area. We are also exploring options to include Spinning classes, however, no agreement has been reached at this point. As this negotiation develops, we will update Members.



Exercising in a group adds an extra dimension to your workout. Our wide range of classes will inspire you to explore new training styles and techniques, while keeping you motivated with other like-minded Members. It’s about going through an experience together, and then being able to share it afterwards! With low to high intensity classes available, there’s something for everyone.

Note: Group Fitness classes are charged on a per class basis. You can purchase a prepaid GF card for $50 for 10 classes, or pay on an ad hoc basis at $7.50 per class. Members can bring one guest per class for an additional $10.
