During this time, they will typically come together to enjoy mooncakes, Chinese tea, and appreciate the moon at its fullest and brightest.
Come experience this colorful festivity under the stars with your family at Poolside! We’ll keep the kids busy with games, a coloring activity, and a parade around the Poolside with their lanterns. Chef Benson and his team will also dish out an Oriental buffet … Of course, you can’t celebrate this occasion without savoring these traditional mooncakes, along with Chinese tea!

Robert O’Callaghan, owner of Rockford Wines, is one of the heroes of the Australian wine industry. His passion for the Barossa is evident in his timely intervention to stop the local authorities who wanted to get rid of the vineyards in the region and offered the grape growers meagre compensation. His wines are an impassioned statement of what he believes the Barossa stands for: they are a philosophy, a statement of place and of people. His wines are great value for money and they have made the Barossa famous. The whites, especially, age particularly well and are of a traditional style that superbly compliments food. The reds, from venerable old vineyards, are what the world knows of the true value of the precious fruit. While these are some of the most sought-after wines in Australia today, it is not the rarity value that makes them so special, it is the fact that in buying a Rockford wine you are buying a piece of Australia’s wine history.
