Many of you will find TC Liong a familiar face in The Club. TC has been with The American Club since year 2001, 3 years as our Cost Controller before being promoted to be our Wine Manager in year 2004. His passion for wines escalated over the years and to further his knowledge he has made trips to wineries in the Napa Valley (California), Margaret River (Western Australia), Hunter Valley (New South Wales), Champagne and Bordeaux regions (France), just to name a few.
With TC’s move to Assistant Food & Beverage Director position in June 2007, he will assist Chef Dan in the service aspect of all our outlets. TC’s familiarity with the team, his enthusiasm coupled with his ability to learn quickly will certainly see him fit the bill nicely. Adding the food component to his already strong grasp of beverage and financial understanding, the team will definitely benefit from his all-rounded leadership.
