Lee Lee, who has been with The Club for 15 years, is trained in Human Resource Management, and more recently, she completed a certified coaching training with Coach U. She oversees and manages all aspects of human resource policies and programs, that includes compensation and benefits, performance management, welfare, training and development for all The Club’s staff. We all know that our staff, more so than any other assets, is what makes The Club shine.
Through her direction and guidance, The Club boasts a line of outstanding staff programs that rival the best and she and her team has helped The Club achieve the People Developer Standard (PDS). Lee Lee also counts working in the manufacturing and hotel sector in her portfolio before she joined The Club.
